How Booking Works

Select a venue and available date.

Submit the venue rental request.

Double E reviews availability and prepares the agreement.

The date is reserved after the agreement is signed and the 50% nonrefundable reservation deposit is received.

Venue Rental Request

Submitting this form is a request for review and does not reserve the selected date. Your date becomes reserved only after approval, execution of the rental agreement, and receipt of the required reservation deposit.
